Do I need to provide documents?

Simply apply online and upload your proof of income. Then, log in to the IBV session to finalize.

VBI = Instant Bank Verification

The easiest and most secure way to share your bank statements and speed up your online credit application, using the same security standards as major financial institutions.

How do I make payments?

It’s simple: your repayments are automatically withdrawn through pre-authorized debit.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Fill out our easy online application
  • Be a Canadian citizen
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be employed with the same employer for at least 3 months
  • Receive your income by direct deposit

Applicable fees

Our variable credit contracts have an annual interest rate of 20%. Membership or renewal fees apply when opening the credit line.

Can I repay faster?

You have 3 to 6 months to repay, but you can pay off sooner if you wish! Payments align with your pay schedule, and if you repay in full earlier, you’ll enjoy a discount.

Want to increase your credit line?

You can request a higher amount at renewal, once you’re eligible.

Need an advance or a higher limit?

You can request it as soon as the “Cash Advance” and “Increase My Limit” buttons appear in your dashboard.

What if I have trouble making a payment?

Notify us 72 hours before the scheduled withdrawal: we’ll adjust your payment at no cost. This is always better than a returned payment, which can cost up to $65 from your bank, plus $40 in fees.

Are you eligible?

If you receive CNESST benefits, private insurance, RQAP, or pension plan payments, yes, you are. Your salary must be deposited to the same account for at least three months, and you must not be in an undischarged bankruptcy or planning one.

Your application may be refused if…

Your income comes from employment insurance, student loans and grants, job allowances, or if you are self-employed or on social assistance. A high short-term debt ratio can also make you ineligible.
